Midweek Groups and Activities

Whatever age you are, or stage you're at, we'd love to welcome you to one of our groups or activities. Come for Tea, Out to Lunch and Thursday Communion happen midweek and during the day and are especially popular with the older members of our community.

Come for Tea

Come for Tea is our monthly get together for afternoon tea in good company. We meet on the second Friday of each month at 3pm - 4.30pm in the Parish Rooms. We enjoy tea and cakes together before singing some favourite hymns.

Out to Lunch

Out to Lunch is an opportunity to meet on the first Friday of each month to share a cooked meal together and enjoy a relaxed time after lunch. We meet at 1pm - 3.30pm in the Parish Rooms. If you would like to come, to help us with numbers for catering, you will need to have received an invitation by contacting Henry Scriven on 07789 635260.

Thursday Communion

We hold a service of the word every Thursday at 11.00am, with a short address. Visitors are always welcome and we enjoy tea and a catch up together afterwards.

Other groups and information

Small Groups

Several small groups meet each week, (both during the day and in the evening) - mainly in people's homes, offering a warm, friendly and safe environment for us to support and encourage one another, to look at the Bible together and to explore the Sunday teaching further.

Sundays

If you're attending on Sundays we have a good quality sound system and hearing loop. There is parking by the church and large print service sheets (from September). If you need help with transport on Sundays then please call the office on 01608 646202 and we'll try our best to help.
